Non-Military (without Military/DoD Identification Card) who want to drive in to Bellows in your own vehicle: We must have your RSVP NO LATER THAN JUNE 25th.
For each attendee, please include:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Contact phone # & email
- Drivers License/ID number & State
- For non-Hawaii ID’s, we need a Social Security Number
- Country of Citizenship
(foreign nationals are best riding in to Bellows with a DoD ID holder. Bellows needs 60 days to do their background check).
We need this information so Bellows can do the background check and we can get you on the guest list at the gate.
For those who chose not to provide this information, or who miss the RSVP date, you may ride on to Bellows with someone who has a DoD ID card.
Active/Retired Military (with Military/DoD Identification Card): We don’t need your date of birth, but we need your RSVP NO LATER THAN JUNE 26th so we can give Bellows a good headcount as part of the Pavilion Rental rules.
Celtic Organizations will provide:
- hamburgers
- hot dogs
- buns
- condiments
- onions, lettuce, pickles
- beer
- sodas
- ice
- charcoal
- paper supplies/cups
What We Need You to Bring:
- Potluck side dish or dessert to share
- Alcohol is okay -- NO GLASS BOTTLES
- Swimsuits, towels, water toys, and sunblock
- Musicians, feel free to bring your instruments
- NO PETS
- All vehicles must have current drivers license, proof of insurance, proof of inspection, and current vehicle registration.
Parking:
Enter onto Tinker Road.
Turn Right onto Beachwalk Lane & park in the big Makai Parking Lot.
The picnic is at Pavilion B by the beach.
No parking on grass or outside of marked stalls. Overflow parking lot surrounds Bldg 220 on Tinker Road.
