5:30 pm: The Kirkin’ o’ the Tartans church service begins, with bagpipes, flags, processional, Celtic music, and a blessing (kirkin’) of our tartans by Canon Heather Patton-Graham of The Cathedral of Saint Andrew.
Please come in Highland attire, or bring a swatch of your tartan to have it blessed.
We then will be piped into The Davies Room (a few steps from the Sanctuary) by the Celtic Pipes and Drums of Hawaii for a fun, delicious evening featuring:

This is a mandatory yearly gathering where we invite you, our interested members, as the board of directors present our annual report on SASH's performance and strategy. “St Andrew's Day, 'Là Naomh Anndrais’ in Scottish Gaelic, celebrates Scotland's patron saint,” said Brenda Reichel, Chieftan, SASH. “We choose to honor this heritage, share in fellowship, and welcome our new members on this day each year.”
The church service begins at 5:30 p.m. in the cathedral. Attendees may wear a kilt or bring a swatch of their tartan should they wish to have it blessed.
A complimentary dinner will follow the service in the Von Holt Room. There will also be Scottish dancing, bagpipes, formal presentation of the SASH Celt of the Year award and the 2018 Scholarship, a prize drawing, silent auction, and more!

This annual event supports the good works of both the St. Andrew Society and the Friends of St. Patrick Hawaii chapters. Net proceeds of the tournament will be donated to Celtic Groups in Hawaii to further Celtic cultural and educational purposes.
This is the Annual Hawaiian Scottish Festival & Highland Games held early in April to celebrate the heritage and history of the Scots in Hawaii. Hosted by the Hawaiian Scottish Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, the festival will go from 10 am to 9 pm on Saturday, April 7 and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday, April 8, 2018. Festival Admission is just $3.00 and children under 12 are free.
