So grab your running shoes, your swimsuit, or your paddle, and virtually join us for SASH Dash 2021!

You can accomplish this 5K (3.1 miles) race event on your own time - and in your own way:

Running, walking, swimming, paddling, biking, on a treadmill, on an elliptical machine, on a stair-stepping machine, on a recumbent bicycle...
